Members of the academy are those who have won the academy's awards in the previous years, and due to their outstanding achievements and years of dedication in their fields, are invited and given the rights to nominate new awardees. The selection and casting votes are conducted by a Moderation Team of professional academia who are appointed by the President of The Academy.

The World Academy of Arts, Literature, and Media - WAALM may also invite the most prominent figures for a "WAALM - Honorary Fellowship" in order to obtain their valuable expertise knowledge, and to thereby excel in its conduct.
